This year CdM celebrates its tenth anniversary.
This anniversary makes us rethink our past, our many experiences and, inevitably, it encourages us to better understand who we are, warts and all.

To put order in our thoughts we focused on ten points (as many as CdM's years) that summarize our philosophy, our approach toward things and people. The Decalogue expresses our approach and values. It is meant to say the world who we are. To explore and exemplify each point of the Decalogue we will draw from existing documents, statements, notes, drawings and photos that better represent it and we will produce new ones, all of them fruit of our relentless activity. The Decalogue is a precious help for us to look back and reflect on our own work. It is a tool for us, by all means, it is food for thoughts and, above all, it represents a starting point to move forward.
